Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: Standard Letter (non-trackable - limited to stickers only). Standard USPS Mail (USPS with tracking) - price varies based on the size and bulk of your order. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed.

UK and Worldwide Shipping: Because of VAT guidelines, I'm unable to process non-US orders (with tracking information) through my main storefront. However if you're located outside of the US and would like to arrange an order with tracking information, please contact me and we can work out details for a custom order! Please allow up to 3-5 days this type of order to be processed.
Exceptions: (For non-US customers) If your order consists of a limited amount of small/flat items weighing less than 1oz you may place an order with standard post. You will not receive a tracking number with this type of order. Your order will be automatically calculated at checkout for this shipping eligibility. If your order exceeds weight limitations, it will be canceled.

Lost or damaged/missing items: If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing from the receipt, I will do my best to replace the items in question. If an item you ordered is no longer in stock, you will be given a refund for that item. I cannot replace lost orders due to stock and availability on certain items. If your order is late, please give it extra time to arrive. Please contact me if you need help with your order.

Refunds: Due to processing fees, item stock and the like, I cannot offer refunds once your order had been shipped. If you place a large order over $35 or more, I will only be able to offer a partial refund (approximately 30%). Please be absolutely sure when you place your order.

Packaging types:

Standard Letter - Cost-saving. With this shipping type, buyer will not receive a tracking number. Shipped in a standard letter-mail style paper envelope. Item will be packed with love, it will include a clear or wax lined bag to protect your items and a thank you card.

Standard USPS Mail - With this shipping type you will receive a tracking number for your order. All items will be packed with love and care and will be shipped in a sturdy, stay-flat cardboard mailer to prevent bending during shipment. Items will come in a clear or wax lined bag to protect your items and will also include a thank you card.

How do I apply my Discount Code %Off at checkout?
If you have a percent off or promotional code to apply to your order, you will find a "promo code" redeem at checkout. Just click the redeem link and a field to enter your code will appear.

Where can I select my shipping options?:
During your checkout process and after you have entered your address and shipping information, your available shipping options will appear. Sometimes it will auto-generate at checkout. If you do not see more than one option available to you, it will mean your order exceeds certain weight or size limits for that order.

Can I use my stickers for outdoor purposes (i.e. on vehicle?):
I make my stickers as sturdy and as weatherproof as possible so they will last you a long time. Using them outdoors or on vehicles, windows, bumpers, etc or placing them in a dishwasher not recommended. The stickers I produce myself are all printed on heavy duty, very high adhesive paper that is purchased as "weatherproof". I then seal all my stickers with a vinyl overlay and laminate them so the seal should do the job. For any stickers I outsource, they go through a similar process with a slightly higher resistance to weather. I also have some stickers (usually sticker sheets) that are only intended for stationary purposes. I will always list the sticker durability in my descriptions for each sticker.

That being said, I have many customers who use their stickers on water bottles and on skateboards:

Why do you require a Creator tag/name for emotes/digital download purchases?:

It's a verification measure.

I'm purchasing a Digital Download item; why do I have to provide my ph/address?
